Connect and/or Retain Access?

Formerly known as "Hobsons", Connect and Retain are the campus CRM programs. Connect is used to reach out to prospective students and to set up and schedule orientations. Retain is used to communicate with current students and to keep track of course enrollment and advisor assignments. These programs are primarily used by the Admissions, Advising, and Testing departments. Please include the student worker's TechID if you need them to have access to either or both of these programs.

Please supply the student's 8-digit TechID for Connect and Retain activations. (If you entered the TechID instead of the StarID above, it's not necessary to enter it here.)
