NHCC Forms

All CTE PSEO students have a hold on their account. The hold prevents students from registering on their own. Students will not be able to add or change their course registration without the assistance of the CTE PSEO Advisor. However, the CTE PSEO hold will not prevent the student from dropping or withdrawing from a course before the deadlines expire. All courses have specific add/drop and withdrawal deadlines. See your printable schedule inside eServices under the View/Modify Schedule option to view the deadline date.

Students will work with an academic advisor to fill out the PSEO CTE course selection form.  

In their first semester, students will be able to register for only one course. Semester two, up to two courses. 

All college courses are a part of the student’s permanent college record. 

Content reviewed and discussed in the classroom are at the discretion of the instructor. Content, language, and environment may be of an adult nature.  

A Syllabus is available for review. NHCC recommends that students refer to their course syllabus often for the duration of the course. It is also recommended that students retain a copy of the syllabus for several years after the course is finished.

FERPA law covers all of NHCC students, so therefore all policies, procedures, and expectations apply. A student must complete a Release of Private Data form if they want NHCC to share information with a parent, guardian, or other person(s).  This form is valid for one year from the date of submission. This form allows information such as grades to be discussed with the approved persons indicated on the form. 

NHCC is committed to serving all students regardless of life experience, criminal history, and/or ability. Background checks are not performed on students. 

PSEO CTE students are not allowed to access the Late Entry form to gain entrance into a course. 

Please note that CTE PSEO 1st Semester students are allowed to take one class from the course list below. For their 2nd semester (if 2nd Semester is Spring), students are eligible to take up to 2 courses NHCC offers, as long as the student meets the prerequisites. In order to register for these courses, students must have a grade of C or better in their first semester course, and they must work with their NHCC advisor to register. *A parent or guardian must be present for this meeting. Once students finish 10th grade, they can work with Admissions at NHCC to become a regular PSEO student.
