Appeal Process

Both an explanation for your Appeal Request and supporting documentation must be provided. In the space below, please select the type of appeal you are submitting, and describe in detail the reasons for your appeal. Using the Upload File button below, please provide your supporting documentation, eg. medical forms, counselor's letters, etc.

Type of Appeal

If desired, attach supporting documentation for your appeal, (this can be a letter of recommendation, medical note, etc.)

You are limited to a maximum of five (5) files. (If you have more than 5 files, you can add them to a ZIP archive and upload that.)

Allowed types: gif, jpg, png, txt, pdf, doc, docx, zip.

Submit completed appeal and attachments to the Admissions & Outreach Office within 7 business days of the published application deadline.

NOTE: Please allow 7-10 business days for your appeal to be processed. Only 1 appeal can be submitted per semester (for any reason). Multiple appeals to test will not be approved.
